Test Purpose

Through the product free - fall drop simulation, verify whether the test product and its packaging strength meet the design requirements, whether the product structure and various components are damaged, and whether all aspects of performance have changed. This aims to reduce the losses caused by insufficient product strength during actual transportation and use. At the same time, it provides solutions and standards for product design, optimization, improvement, and factory inspection.

Product Testing Standards

• Test Method: After placing the product, adjust the machine to conduct the test according to different drop heights based on different product weights.

• Judgment Item: Check whether the packaging can protect the product during transportation. 

The inspection includes:

• Appearance: Packaging integrity, product integrity, size specifications, cracks, loose parts;

• Electrical Properties: Light color, voltage, power;

• Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness measurement, impact strength, bending strength test, etc. Other test items may be added according to different product characteristics.
