Function description of anti-UV test box (Note: new product development C-Samples stage test project)

Time: 2021-06-04 Views: 280

Function Description: It simulates the natural phenomena of weather, climate, ambient temperature, alternating sunlight irradiation, and heavy rain in the natural environment.

Test Purpose: By simulating the natural environment, including sunlight and ultraviolet radiation, alternating changes in environmental temperature and climate, and rainstorm conditions, it simulates the product's exposure to harsh environments. It tests the product's resistance to the natural environment, weather resistance, stability, and reliability, and verifies whether the product can meet the design requirements. Observe changes in product appearance, materials, physical and chemical parameters, photoelectric parameters, and performance, and discover product design and process defects in a timely manner to further improve product design.

Product Testing Standards

• Testing Method: The product is placed in the test box and energized. Then, adjust the equipment's irradiation intensity, irradiation time, ambient temperature, and rain time. Conduct a cycle test for 360 hours, and observe and record the changes in the working state of the product at the corresponding time points.

• Judgment Item: Anti-yellowing performance of the product under outdoor irradiation conditions

• Appearance: Changes in product structure size, color, lamp bead phosphor colloid; check for spots, blisters, cracks, yellowing, etc. Electrical Light Color: Change rate of product color temperature drift, color tolerance, brightness, light efficiency, power, current, PF, and other parameters.

• Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength, elongation, hardness measurement, impact strength, elongation at break, bending strength test, etc. Other test items may be necessary according to different product characteristics.
