Testing method:

The product is placed in the test box, energized to light up, adjust the equipment's irradiation intensity, irradiation time, ambient temperature and rain time, cycle test 360 hours, observe and record the changes in the working state of the product at the corresponding time point;

Judgment item: Anti-yellowing condition of the product under outdoor irradiation conditions

Appearance: product structure size, color, lamp bead phosphor colloid changes, whether there are spots, blisters, cracks, yellowing and other items; electrical light color: product color temperature drift, color tolerance, brightness, light efficiency, power, current, PF and other parameters change rate;

Mechanical properties: tensile strength, elongation, hardness measurement, impact strength, elongation at break, elongation, bending strength test, etc., and other test items may be necessary according to different product characteristics.
