Function Description：Simulate the vibrations that the product encounters during the transportation process, installation process and usage process.

Test Purpose：To test whether the packaging can effectively protect the product during transportation by simulating vibrations. Also, check whether the physical structure, electrical performance, and photoelectric parameters of the product are damaged or become invalid after being subjected to vibrations, and determine whether the product can meet the design strength requirements. Provide solutions and standards for product design, optimization, improvement, and factory inspection.

Product Testing Standards

• Test Method：After the whole box of products is placed, adjust the instrument speed to 300 CPM (50 Hz). Keep it running for 48 hours and then stop. Conduct a power-on test. Check the packaging strength. Verify whether the appearance of the product, the product structure and its functions are normal. Determine whether the relevant parameters before and after the test, as well as the electrical and optical parameters, are affected.

• Judgment Item：Determine whether the product can be protected during transportation.

• Appearance：Integrity of the package, integrity of the product, compliance with size specifications, presence of cracks, and whether there are loose parts.
