Test purpose: to record the brightness and parameter changes of the sample after the accelerated aging test, determine whether the light decay of the lamp beads or the product meets the standard, and whether the product heat dissipation meets the requirements, so as to provide a reliable basis for material selection, product design and improvement.

Product testing standards

Test method: The product is placed in a test box. According to the specifications of the sample, the current is adjusted to the rated working current, and the aging test is 1000H, 2000H, 3000H, and 6000H continuously. The light decay recorder will automatically record the brightness and parameter changes of the tested sample ;

Judgment item: Pass the continuous lighting aging test of the sample, the light output change recorded by the instrument, and judge whether the product light decay meets the design requirements according to the corresponding lighting time luminous decay standard.
