Function Description

Perform normal/accelerated aging test on test samples and record their brightness changes.

Test Purpose

To record the brightness and parameter changes of the sample after the accelerated aging test, and determine whether the light decay of the lamp beads or the product meets the standard, and whether the product heat dissipation meets the requirements. This provides a reliable basis for material selection, product design, and improvement.

Product Testing Standards

• Test Method: The product is placed in a test box. According to the specifications of the sample, the current is adjusted to the rated working current, and the aging test is carried out continuously for 1000H, 2000H, 3000H, and 6000H. The light decay recorder will automatically record the brightness and parameter changes of the tested sample.

• Judgment Item: Through the continuous lighting aging test of the sample, judge whether the product light decay meets the design requirements according to the corresponding lighting time luminous decay standard based on the light output change recorded by the instrument
